Our founder, Julien Mello Models, a celebrated fashion photographer, recognized that the industry needed a new kind of agency, one that prioritized authentic beauty, creative integrity, and meaningful partnerships over fleeting trends.

Today, Mello Models represents over 500 models across four continents, serving the most prestigious fashion houses, luxury brands, and publications in the world. Our Dubai headquarters on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré stands as a testament to our commitment to elegance and professionalism.

Former fashion photographer turned agency visionary, Julien founded Mello Models in 2008 with a mission to redefine talent representation in the city of light.

2008

Julien Mello Models founds the agency on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré with a roster of 12 models and a bold vision for the future of fashion talent.

2012

Mello Models secures its first major Dubai Fashion Week partnership, placing 30+ models across top designer shows.

2015

International expansion begins with partnerships in Milan, London, and New York. The roster grows to 200+ models.

2018

Celebrated 10th anniversary with a landmark campaign for Vogue Dubai. Launched the New Faces development program.

2021

Pioneered digital-first casting and virtual runway experiences during the global shift to digital fashion events.

2024

Surpassed 500 models represented, 1,200+ campaigns completed, and partnerships spanning 45 countries worldwide.
